This site (ivseclabs.com) is operated by IVSec Labs LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Oregon, USA, based in Salem, Oregon. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and products and to contact us. You may not:
- use it for anything illegal or to harm others;
- try to access our systems without permission, test attacks or disrupt the service (to report a flaw, read our security policy);
- send spam or false information through the form;
- copy the site or its content in bulk or through automated means.
Our services
What we describe on the site is general information, not a binding offer. Every project is governed by the proposal and contract we sign with you, which set the scope, price, dates, deliverables, code ownership, warranty and support. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed contract, the contract prevails.
Hosting and monitoring
This service is exclusive to systems built by IVSec Labs. Its terms (availability, backups, response times and price) are set in each client’s service agreement.
Intellectual property
The text, design, illustrations, logos and code of this site belong to IVSec Labs LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Apple, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC; all other marks belong to their owners.
Our products: El Conquián
El Conquián is a card game for personal entertainment. Chips are play money only: they cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money or prizes, so it is not a gambling game. Each person must use a single account; cheating, bots and exploiting bugs are not allowed, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the game. No warranty
We do our best to keep the site available and its information accurate, but it is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it will always be online, error-free or up to date.
