Who we are
IVSec Labs LLC (“IVSec Labs”, “we”) is a software company registered in the State of Oregon, USA, based in Salem, Oregon. If you have any questions about this notice, write to contact@ivseclabs.com.
What we collect
Only what you give us in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), business name and type, city, website and the details of your project. Like any website, our server receives your IP address; we use it only to protect against spam (we keep a hashed version of the IP for up to one hour to limit repeated submissions).
How we use it
To reply to your request, prepare your proposal and follow up. We do not use it for advertising and never add you to mailing lists without your permission.
Who we share it with
No one. We do not sell, rent or trade your data. It is only processed by our hosting and email provider (Hostinger) so the site and email can work.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them. The “Your device” panel reads browser information only to show it on your screen: it is never sent anywhere.
How long we keep it
We keep your request in our email for as long as we have a business relationship, or up to 2 years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to contact@ivseclabs.com. We reply within 30 days.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form is protected against spam and access to our email and servers is restricted. No system is 100% foolproof, but we look after your data like we look after our own.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice we will update the date above. Important changes will be announced on this page.
